Nadam se da imate barem malo veći smiješak, da je onaj neki unutarnji osjećaj opušteniji i da zračite zadovoljstvom.&lt;br /&gt;Brinuti se o sebi može i treba biti pravo zadovoljstvo, kad tijelo poštujete i njegujete ono vam to vraća. Dobra misao o sebi samima je poput ugodne masaže koju si priuštimo. Mi smo misaona, duhova i fizička bića. Ponekad su baš misli 'kamen spoticanja' koji nas udaljava od rezultata skladnog tijela i zadovoljstva kojim možemo zračiti.&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Divan je osjećaj prihvatiti sebe onakvima kakvi jesmo. Svi smo imali periode u odrastanju i sazrijevanju kada nam je to bilo teško. Sjećam se svoji suza kao male djevojčice kada sam shvatila da ne mogu biti balerina ili u kasnijoj dobi da neću nikada narasti dovoljno da budem manekenka... a sad, sad je najbolje vrijeme da zahvalim svom tijelu što me do sada tako dobro služilo. Da mu zahvalim i na malim lekcijama koje mi je davalo kroz povremene bolove u leđima ili 'preskakanju' zglobova...&lt;br /&gt;Nadam se da sam vam na svojim satovima uspjela prenijeti taj osjećaj, posaditi u vama klicu ljubavi prema svom tijelu i vama samima. Naučili smo da ne postoji savršeni vježbač pilatesa, da nije važno koliko možemo podignuti nogu ili izdržati u pretklonu. Važno je kako se osjećamo, važno je svjesno pratimo svaki udah i izdah, da poštujemo ograničenja tijela i malim koracima vodimo do sve bolje pokretljivosti, izdržljivosti i u konačnici vanjskog izgleda mišića.&lt;br /&gt;Prihvaćanje samog sebe važan je korak prema zadovoljstvu životom.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt; Pozivam vas da nam se pridružite i tijekom ljeta u pilates studiju 'Sokol'. Trening traje 60 min. Otvorene grupe su ponedjeljkom u 19 i u 20 sati, te četvrtkom u 20 sati. Treninzi se odvijaju na prostirkama u mat tj. osnovnom stupnju ili progresiv stupnju.&lt;br /&gt;Preporučujemo dolazak 5 min ranije, ponijeti ručnik koji možete staviti na prostirku, bočicu vode i obavezno dobro raspoloženje i širok osmjeh. Cijena pojedinog treninga je 30,00 kn uz potrebnu pravovremenu najavu. Članarina za 4 unaprijed dogovorena treninga je 100,00 kn, tj. 25,00 po pojedinom treningu. Pilates, spajajući elemente istočnjačkih i zapadnjačkih metoda vježbanja. Sa Istoka uzima povezanost uma i tijela, opuštanje i svjesnost, a sa Zapada naglašavanje mišićnog tonusa, snage i izdržljivosti.&lt;br /&gt;Pilates metoda je cjelovit i detaljan program mentalnog i fizičkog treninga sa preko 500 različitih vježbi čija je glavna karakteristika prilagodljivost. Stoga je pilates namijenjen svim dobnim skupinama i različitim stupnjevima kondicije.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Pilates vježbe angažiraju cjelokupnu muskulaturu tijela s fokusom na mišiće cora kojeg čine mišići abdomena, donjeg dijela leđa i stražnjice.&lt;br /&gt;Pravilno disanje osnova je Pilates metode. Ono pročišćava krvotok, energizira i opušta tjelesnu muskulaturu.Nekad je ova metoda bila rezervirana isključivo za filmske zvijezde i plesače, dok danas svi možemo uživati u njenoj čaroliji.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Osnovni elementi pilatesa :&lt;br /&gt;CILJANI MIŠIĆI – mišići su ciljani u svrhu njihova stabiliziranja ili mobiliziranja.&lt;br /&gt;STABILIZACIJA -  držeći jedan dio tijela mirnim, dok se drugi dio tijela kreće zahtijeva kontrolu i ustrajnost mišićne kontrakcije. Cilj nam je stabilizirati kralježnicu u raznim pokretima (u fleksiji, ekstenziji, rotaciji ili lateralnoj rotaciji).&lt;br /&gt;MOBILNOST – pokret zgloba ili serije zglobova.&lt;br /&gt;POREDAK – poredak  kretanja u vježbi, npr. koji zglob se kreće prvi, drugi i gdje počinje kretnja.
